Keep beach clean. Pick up all bottles and debris, especially sharp or glass objects.
No open fires allowed on the beach or any part of the facility.
GARBAGE CANS & STORAGE DUMPSTER BINS
Keep all garbage cans closed & tops secured.
Use plastic bags in the garbage pails and take your garbage bags home.
Make sure all garbage bags are tied and put in the storage bins if you cannot take them home.
Make sure storage bins are secured tightly to prevent animals from opening garbage.
PLEASE DO NOT PUT DOGGIE POOP BAGS OR LOOSE GARBAGE IN DUMPSTERS. GARBAGE MAN DOES NOT TAKE THEM.
KITCHEN (Available for parties and gatherings) Date must be reserved in advance.
Kitchen should always be locked.It is your responsibility to close it when you leave.
Do not depend on others to close it. Do not leave the padlock with the combination exposed.
Please do not give out the combination even to other members of the Association.
Take all your food home. Food left in the kitchen and/or refrigerator will be disposed of.
Do not leave open food containers (crackers, chips, cookies, etc.) on kitchen counters and clean up any food or beverage that is dropped on kitchen counters or floor (invites bugs/mice).

Members are required to clean up after their parties and remove all the garbage bags from the beach.
The bathrooms and kitchen should be left clean. Take home all leftover food and beverages.
Be careful not to damage painted surfaces when putting up decorations and remove all decorations completely after your party. Beach tables and chairs should be put back in place.
If you want the beach attendants (if available) to take care of the garbage, tables, chairs, etc. you can make arrangements with them and pay them directly.
Adult members assume all responsibility for their adult and underage children parties.
